Campus Pointe is a 216 bed student housing apartment community located one mile from the center of campus at East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina. ECU is the third largest university in North Carolina having a student population in excess of 25,000 students. The property was built in 2003 and consists of a combination of 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom units and 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom units. Units can be rented either furnished or unfurnished. The community building contains a computer / study area, extensive game area, professional style fitness center and other recreational amenities. An oversized sparkling pool, hot tub and large grilling area comprise the exterior amenities at Campus Pointe.
