Suburban office buildings are another specialty of Zaragon. We own and manage multi-story medical buildings, single story campus style office properties and combination distribution/office facilities ("flex buildings"). Typically, our office buildings are close to major highways, leased to strong credit tenants and located in high traffic areas. For example, Zaragon's 5151 Blazer Parkway Business Park in Dublin, Ohio (suburb of Columbus) is a 175,000 square foot single story office facility situated on 20 acres just off of Interstate 270 and is leased entirely to Fortune 500 companies.
