STUDENT HOUSING
Urban student housing properties have become a specialty of Zaragon. The company acquires existing collegiate apartment complexes which typically contain immense amenity packages. Apartments are rented out by the bed and by the unit. In addition to acquiring existing deals, Zaragon also develops, from the ground up, new multi-story student properties. We recently completed a 10 story, 248 bed premium student housing property in Ann Arbor, Michigan. This asset, known as Zaragon Place, is described in greater detail in the attached link.
